Real Estate Manager software incorporates Lend-Return management, buying request options and user contributed Houses Review options, it is excellent for Houses or flats shop management and creation house booking system. In Real Estate Manager  was added:

1. Real Estate manager component on all Joomla CMS versions (Joomla 1.5 Joomla 1.6 Joomla 1.7 and Joomla 2.5).

2. The data is now stored in the database as the index - now you have the ability to create your own structure of fields, with minimal knowledge in programming

3. Added advertising (module) positions in frontend of Real Estate Manager Component.

4. Added list of owners in the backend of Real Estate Manager Component.

5. Community builder plugin. Now you can connect Real Estate Manager with Community builder component. Users can create full account with ability upload User image, add contact information and most important  - manage real estate items from fronend: add, delete, publish, unpublish real estate items, accept and decline rent request.

6. Compress uploaded photos to a size of 800x600.

7.Check-out is not permanent, and two hours

8. Opportunity to leave the field blank, at its discretion, except houseid, category and title

9. Clickable icons in the frontend, as the list of categories and a separate house.

10. Added to the test installs "Fatal error: Class 'domDocument'"

13. Fixed pagination (replaced by jimport)

14. Fixed bug with jquery and lightbox

15. Updated Google map with the second version of the API for the third. Now there is no key
