How can I allow a registered user to add a new instance from the frontend (website)?

In OrdaSoft Joomla CCK for add instance from frontend for Registered users - you have 2 posibility

1. You need Create menu for Frontend to CCK->Instance Manager - and for this menu add Rights -> Registered Users

or

2. To any other layouts as "Attachment layout" add "Add Instance layout". Please check attachment
also In "Add Layout"->Form Settings - you may set who will can add Instances without approve

I followed your guide but when I log in as a registered user I don't see any buttons I have anything else to add a new instance

I partially succeeded but I'm missing the save button, see attached image
