In Backend Settings of Joomla classifieds extension you can insert email addresses where notifications about adding or editing ads will be sent, set folders for uploaded files and images and set rights for different Joomla user groups.

Together with Simple Membership it is possible to charge users for entering Joomla groups which have different rights. And in Backend Settings of Advertisement Board you can set these rights for each group, such as number of attached files available to upload, size of these files, number of images available to upload, size of images, number of ads along with possibility to add and edit ads, automatically approve new ads for some groups.
