Advertisement Board component Support

I really like this concept, however I purchased the pro version and find that when testing the extension and creating a new add through the front end, the ability to either upload an attached file or image for the classified does not work, the buttons for either of these options register a click action but nothing happens.
Please advise what I must be doing wrong here.

Please check backend settings, You need at backend set what users may add new Ads to advertisement board and haw many files connect and images.

For me all work good. If change settings not help. Can you give admin access to yours site and we will check where error ?

Thanks for the reply. I am a bit dubious in handing out access to the backend of my site.
Attached is a screenshot of the backend settings. The extension seemed pretty straightforward, so I set each category access to client( a child user group of registered), then set these backend settings.(which are the original settings.

When you can't add new file ?

Please check JavaScript Error console in FireFox browser

Please set max error report - in yours Joomla global settings
