Now we have such look. All that you wanted - "I would like a title for each category to show and the total number of books in each category with includes the sub categories."

Hi,
The first page of the category view works fine.
But when you click into a category there is no title on the page to say which category you are in. I have attached a screen shot of your demo site. Ideally there would be a title to show that you are in the 'development' category.

Secondly the back end gives a total number of books in a category including the sub categories which is really great. But on the frontend the total books in a category doesn't include the sub category books. I only have books in my sub categories which means the frontend shows 0 books in my top level category. Can this be changed?
