Lend Request form does not display the CAPTCHA system.

How I can include the CAPTCHA system in that form?

for work with captha responsible file:
{yours site}/components/com_booklibrary/captcha.php

all places where and how we work with captch you may see if will check:
"captcha_keystring"
in files:
{yours site}/components/com_booklibrary/booklibrary.html.php
