Hello,

I had set on settings backend about Review Notification and Lend Request Notification. Please check from attach file picture001 and picture002.

If my user write review and lend request on front-end page. Review and Lend request will send to backend system normally.
But system did not sent Email notification to Admin.
And after my user write review and lend request already. System will notice Could not instantiate mail function.

I wish to see Email notification from User when them write review and Lend request. Especially lend request notification

Please advice for solve this.

BookLibary Component for send email use mail functions and configure from Joomla Global setting.

Please try send any email from Joomla, test email with help mass mail function.

Follow below documentation:

First of all you need configure Joomla mail settings.

Log into your Joomla Dashboard.
In the top menu, hover over Site and then click Global Configuration.
Click the Server tab.
Under Mail Settings, configure the following settings and then click Save: Mailer. ...
If you do that and still will have problems, give us
full FTP and admin access
and our team will try to find solution special for You, FTP and admin access You can send to our contact form.

Oh! I'm sorry that you misunderstood.

If my user..
I mean to If my member write review or lend book from my website. I wish to see Email notification from them (My member which have lent book ) which I had set on settings backend Please check from attach picture.

So, I will send FTP data to your contact-us-from.

Dear EaungfahJ,

If member write review or lend book from your website, you will get notification as administrator, if add your email

in field Lend request email.

You added email, we saw that from your attached image, but if you have issue: notice Could not instantiate mail function

you can have problems with sending email on all website.

So, for review we have no email settings at all.


We got your access, but they not work, we sent all details on your email.
