BookLibary Component Support

As I purchased the Pro Shop version of BL, I expect to have (and see, wherever) them available.
In Joomla's administration site, if I try to insert new pages in the main menu (or any other), I only see:

Books
Categories
Owners List
Single Category
My Books

Where are the other pages?
In the plugin page I don't see any of the expected plugins (like Cart), nor among modules.
I think I correctly installed BL, because when I go to see the About page of BL, I see no strange message (I saw in the manual that there have to stay info about installation issues).

I am sorry, what other pages you mean ?

For now we have only these menu items, other menu items you may create as example as Joomla Menu type "External link"

if that for you not full suit, you may extend Book library seft - it full open source product or you may ask from us (with help ordasoft support form) custom version with full features as you wish

BookLibrary Booklink Plugin version 2.0
BookLibrary Search Plugin version 2.0
BookLibrary Cart module version 2.0

I know the they are included in the Pro Shop version.
So where I can find them? I tried in the modules list, but I didn't find them.
I downloaded the last one, the Cart, that seems to be free too and I installed it with no problem. The others, nevertheless, have to be purchased.
Can you help me to find them in the Pro Shop version I've purchased and installed?

So I repeat my request: as I purchased the Book library PRO Shop 2.2 version, I am entitled to get those modules, but
I didn't see them in the zip file with which I downloaded BL.
Maybe you mean I can get them, without to pay further, from the page you've sent?
I saw in that page, in the download tab, two columns: one entitled 'Free' and one 'Pro'. This means, for me, that the free ones have not the same features as the Pro ones. That's why I don't figure out where I can get modules that come (or have to come) with BL (just as said in the page above mentioned).
So, shall you solve my issue?
