Hi guys,
recently I have a problem while fetching info from amazon. When I add a new book I write the ISBN but when I save it no info are received from amazon. No title, no author, nothing. While it was working perfectly 2 months ago.
I have my own tag, AWS and secret keys correctly typed.
I also tried with your credentials but it is still not working.
I read a lot of threads on the forum about the same problem but no one was useful...
Any idea?

Please try in yours Joomla set "Max error report" - may be that help see some thing.

What ISBN not work for you ? From what amzon site ?

the solution "Max error report" was already proposed in another thread. I tried it with no results.
I'm working with amazon.it and the refetch was working properly until july.
Now no isbn is working! I have more than 5000 ISBN in my database and I gave a lot of attempts...

I asked what exactly ISBN not work for you !!! How I can check any from yours 500 ISBN - if you not say any ?!

I checked for m all work good.

Give to as admin access to yours site and we will check where error. Yours account details you may send to OrdaSoft support form

I was just meaning that it is not a problem with a single isbn but with all of them
for example, you can check this: 9788806145460
I sent via form the credential to access to the back end of my site.

Hello!

It is not problem of our component, we try to receive the xml and received message "destination forbidden". So please contact with your host provider, maybe he reconfigured security.
