BookLibrary Plugins Support

Hi there,

We have book library 2.0 pro installed after the purchase about 2 month ago and loaded some 880 books into one category. The search plugin is activated. Search in the category - whether specified or not - does not deliver any results.

Ohh dear... ... Your plugin offers to search for various fields and it also offers to specify the category... this implies you may not need to specify or specify as you wish.

NEITHER search works and always delivers nothing in return although there are 880 books activated in this category.

I did install the v2.0 search plugin and after the results remains 0... It just does not work.

So what is the next step in identifying the problem. I need to get this resolved.

I am sorry, but ours Book library search plugin - not give possibility select book Category !!

may be means Book library search module ?!

It also work for me good.

may be you wil lcan give for me admin access to your site - whit that I may check where error. Account details you can send to oradsoft "contact" form
