Hi Charlie,

We try not ask access to users site if we will can resolve problems without so access. Ask so access - that spend time for search and fix errors - not good for us. So we prefer - not have errors in ours products.

If you send self account detail through ours site "Contact form" - no body other will can't see it. And I(you) will not show self email for spammers.

I can't seem to get the Amazon function do download the images, description etc. on the books.

For that you will need check - self "backend setting" for BookLibrary - for Amazon.
What errors you see when try save some book ?
We take all info from Amazon at time book saving.
May be yours site Hoster block any input traffic for yours site?
