It's all beautiful, but the front end editing exists?
In CCK (ordasoft.com/cck-content-construction-kit-for-joomla.html)
Instances front end editing, Site admin may permit only in Pro version.

And where to set language in Russian?
Now in CCK language for interface go from default Joomla site configuration.
So if you correctly configured Joomla Language - CCK - will use this language.

BUT, for rusian language - we translated not all language constants.
So you need self correct files:
{your site}//language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_os_cck.ini
{your site}/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_os_cck.sys.ini
{your site}//language/administrator/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_os_cck.ini
{your site}/language/administrator/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_os_cck.sys.ini
