Is there any possibility to edit any reservation?

a customer has made a reservation. Now he wants to change the dates and he wants to reserve some more items.

For instance:
confirmed reservation 10 July 2022 to 12 July 2022, no child seat
not the same customer likes to change because the flights have a delay:
11 July to 13 July 2022 and he needs to reserve a child seat.

How can I edit it?

Edit reservation in OS Joomla CCK may only or Instance Owner or admin(from site frontend Instance manager), or Site admin from admin area, from Instance Manager.

Well, these buttons are only active, if I mark the instance which is rented out.
I didn't know it before.
If I click now the edit rent button, I can rent this instance to another user, but I cannot edit the rental dates and also not the name of the person or address who rented the item.

There is also no difference between the Rent and the Edit Rent Buttons.
Please check my backend.

For me it doesnt make sence to edit the item I have rented. I want to see the name of the person who rented the item. How can I know which person it is, if I rent 3 cars of the same type to 3 different persons for the same days? Usually the admin search in a reservation for the name of the person who rented a car and not for the car which is rented.

In OS Joomla CCK You may check user rent history at
admin->components->OS CCK->Users Rent History

Please select there any user, and you will see history for him


Rent Button
There you may move any item to rent. Because you admin - you set only main fields

Edit Rent Button
There you may edit:
user who renter
rent date start and rend date end
