Is it possible to store automatically a user to the joomla user table when someone send a rent request with the rent request layout form when he didn't register before?

Hello. No, that's not possible. But it is possible to prohibit rent requests for unauthorized users. To do this, you need to check Reqired login, in the field Button Send and specify the URL of the page on which the login / registration occurs. For example yousite.com/login.
