Thank you so much for your help. All fields are now getting shown.

Unfortunately there are still the following issues:

1. The Title field of the form is placed in the middle of the site.
2. In "custom code fields" HTML code as <center></center> doesnt work anymore.
3. Custom code fields doesnt follow the 4 column layout. It is always placed at coloumn 1 even I put it on column 4.
4. Other fields are doesnt follow the 4 column layout. If I put a field in column 2 and let the column 3 emtpy and put another field in column 4, the field in column 4 is shown in column 3 in the front layout.
5. Rows and columns are still not css stylable in "Block Styling options"
6. Fields are not stylable independently for margin and padding
7. If I style the first field for margin and padding (not a custom field) in styling options, all other fields get automatically the same margin and padding
8. Label and value of a field have a too big vertical distance
9. Thousand Point separator are not visible
10. Attached child entities are not getting shown

1,3,5,6 Please give more information.
2. You need to understand that PDF is not HTML, it is built differently. Yes, it is our mistake that we did not remove unnecessary custom field types. The relevant types for PDF layouts are TEXT and PHP. We will fix that and add a Style tab to them.
4. I can't confirm it. Everything is displaying fine for me. Please reproduce this error and tell us where to look for it.

Concerning point 1

Every PDF single instance lazout has on the right site a module where you can click "Fields" "Block" "Forms"
If you click "Form, you can choose of the layout title of the form should get shown or not. If I choose "show" and add a titel to the form layout the title doesn't get shown in the frontend. Before you did all editig, it was shown in the middle of a page but never on the top of a page.

Point 3
is the same as point 4. a custom field on a 4 column row layout will be set always to the left. it doesnt follow the 4 coumn structure. I only happens if you let a column empty.

Point 4
I have tried it many times:

Point 5
The block styling options doesnt work. I tried to set margin and paddings for a row in a block. But nothing changes. The row in the block remains on the same position. These margin styling options are very important to me.

Point 6
when I set a margin for a tex_tfield, then all other text_fields also get the the same margin even I dont set any margin values into the other fields.
