I have set the layout "show all" "order by" to "Business Case" (the title "op-23-233 etc."
, but the sorting suddenly does not work anymore.

I am sorry, for me look like all work good
On this layout you set so settings:
- order by filed: "Business Case"
- order direction: "DESC (Descending)"
and at this page I see items were "Business Case" I see in next order:
OP-25-435
OP-25-434
OP-25-431
OP-25-423
....
