other need debug module,

first step you may check with help error console - what error appear in time upload and save images
next: you need check net console - and check what errors may exist in at upload time with self http requests

look like for you some thing bad wit JQuery and mootools
do you install some third part plugins for work with that ? Please turn off that

Please go to our module Advanced options - and please try turn on jQuery noConflict

Same problem here. After saving pictures are deleted. It seems lik a bug. I'm using Joomla 3.3.3. Can you fix this without sending my FTP and admin acces? I'm not to keen on sending this info.
