Hi, we're also having the exact same issue with our client's website. The only problem is that they aren't comfortable with giving out admin or ftp access as there is potentially confidential information on the website.
Would you be able to tell me what cured the other peoples issues and I can attempt to fix the issue myself?

Hi,
Usually that issue connected with hosting. You need contact your host provider and showing error, which you have during uploading images.
That must be Internal Server error. You can see that from console.
If you have other problems, then need research it and find solution individually.
