I saw other people posted same issue, can you please provide solution. Website owner does not allow access to admin or ftp due to paranoia. Please tell me what to change so this large image is corrected.

Can you give more details ?
Do you mean Fancy Box open large image ?
If YES, there problems with CSS conflict between "Fancy box styles" in template and in our gallery.
You may try:
- update gallery
- change template
- Fix CSS error
- give to us FTP access
