Hello,

I'm in the last version of the Gallery...
I make a mistake, and I want to delete a sub-gallery....
but the plugin... charge... charge... 20min after... charge...
and nothing, if I refresh the page, I found the galery to delete again...


Any idea ?

1. Please install last version of OrdaSoft Joomla Gallery and try again

2. Please give more details how I may reproduce this error.
"Sub Gallery" - what is it ?
Please give full details description: how we may reproduce this error - so many details as you can

I have the last version : 6.1.71 Pro...

With your link, I have installed the light version...
and I try to delete the sub category... and i'ts ok...

but now I have the light version... and I have a licence for a pro version !
How to install again the pro version ?
Can you send me again a link to download it ?

I am sorry, I continue not understand what you mean under "Sub - gallery"

If you have pro version - and install free - you will lost pro features - please not do so.

Please install last pro version which you have - and update it with help update/activate method to last Pro version

you have the name of the base gallery, and then the sub-category...

I found an old PRO version, installed it and updated it!

When I import photos into a gallery, the system loads the photos and goes on a ‘Please wait’ loop... I can wait 10-15min.. nothing...

I can't do anything after that!
If I refresh the page, I return to a previous state but with the name of the gallery truncated.

the photos are stretched when they were originally the right size!
