Joomla Real Estate Wishlist

I have upload succesfully the files of quickstart package from Os_Realestate_November_2013 but in template manager i cant see the template of Os_Realestate_November_2013. Do you have any idea about this ?

IMPORTANT for successful installation Joomla Template Package press "Install Sample Data".

thanks for reply. In step3 i choose test English ( G B ) sample data but after installation i don't see November 2013 template.

It's working now. I choose "remove database" in step 2 and the tamplate now is visible.

Dear all,
i am new to the world of JOOMLA and new to this forum;
further to the attached, i am trying to install your template but with sample data include(default English(G sample data) but once i click install the process is stuck on installing the sample data and the Joomla template is not installed; At my friends side, it worked but from my side it didn't notice that we have 2 laptops operating system windows 7 64bits and both are administrators on it and also i tried on many types of browsers(chrome,Firefox...);
kindly can anyone help me in this
