Joomla Real Estate Wishlist

On the Hometown 2014 Template, it looks like you zipped up a working install, instead of packaging the template for a clean install with joomla.

I see three problems:

1. When unzipping the files in windows, it throws an error as in attached image.


Note: it unzips ok with 7zip.

2. There is a configuration.php file with database connection settings.

public $mailfrom = 'admin@af.ru';

public $tmp_path = '/home/oksi-samix/public_html/TEST1/tmp';

3. The installation directory is named i_installation
