If not mark it selv as offline or sold

No, there is no any special setting for this, it is possible like additonal changes special for you.
And we must understand all details and what settings will be for that.

How much can it cost ?
I will prove an internetadress to 404 error t.ex. If this is coming up so the house must change to inactive. Best if it change automaticliy via cronjobb
