How can i add a new language (turkish)

i have follow your insdrucktions to add new language have copy the german.php translate to turkish and install as Turkish.php.
2. In the file RealEstateManager.xml in the directory /administrator/components/com_realestatemanager/ add the language entry for your language. This goes right after the entry language/english.php.
cant find the right after the entry language/english.php.???
and now cant in the admin realestatemanager/language manager become error: An error has occurred.
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 16, 'Turkisch'' at line 1 SQL=INSERT INTO l3v4c_rem_const_languages (fk_constid,fk_languagesid,value_const) VALUES (, 16, 'Turkisch'

You some thing did full wrong.

Please go to Real estate language manager - and check lang filter. Did you see there are Turkish language ?

Do you added in Turkish.php.

row:

$LangLocal = array('lang_code'=>'tr-TR', 'title'=>'Turkish';
