Hallo,

i have two more important wuestions for you:

1.IN Calendar of availability and rental rates per period of a house, only the last accepted rent request is showed.
I want all rents from to be shown with red.
For example if it is rent fro 10 days in april, 5 in may, 12 in june, all these dates should be red, because they are not available in house calendar. But only one is red.

1.What version of what? Which componenet are you refering to?

Also when a user returns a house from rent earlier than the date he rented the house, the date remains red in the calendar showing that is not available. However if you place a rent request that include the dates the former customer cancelled, the system will accept it. However, in calendar is still rent! Why? If ones ends the rent, cancels it, it must me green in the calendar from the day he cancelled and on

For example a user rents a house from 4/4 to 10/4. In calendar it must be red. If the user returns from rent or cancels teh rent from 6/4 and on, in calnder from 4/4 to 5/4 it must be fre and from 6/4 and on it must be green and available for rent again. Please i want a solution beacuase i have bought this package and it is a major issue


2..I can't find the email notifications in language manager. So i cannot tranlate them. Where are they in files?

3.Alse how i select in search, in date fields the dates, in order not to write them down?

4.My pdf in house skips some leters. It 's not correct. It shows greek characters, but not all letters and without any HEADERS!

with notification - please check in Real Estate manager language manager top filters - we have Notification email filter

1.with calendar i still have problems. I replaced the files with those in email. The problem with return house from rent is solved. Yet i have another problem. When a user rents a house the calendar is rent for this users period. When another user sents a rent request for another period, and admin accepts this period turns red as it is supposed to, but the previous remains green! Why the house is still rent fo both periods!

It remembers and shows only the last accepted rent request in calendar. The previous dates, although in joomla admin are shown as rented, in Calendar they remain GREEN! Not RED as they must be. It's crazy. Why?

But in CATEGORIES -> SEARCH HOUSES in the frontent, i must type the date as you can see here: . in search i want to select the date, not only type it. How i can change this?

Also in search i don't want all these fields: . How can i select the fields i want, like in RealEstateManager Search Free ?

You use pro version or some template ?

For me and Rent date - for calendar - all work and for date in search all work.

can you send admin and FTP access to your site with that we will can check where error.
Your account details you may send with help OrdaSoft support form.

with remove some field from advance search, - for that need rebuild self search layout,.

You in search module can set what field user will see at properties search. Bit at component - that properties Advance search bu all possible fields
