working with joomla for years and I never happened to find a component with many problems, mostly a paid

HouseID - in our component Real estate manager ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html you may set or numeric or any, but if for you it not need, in backend setting - exist option for fill these property auto, me simply auto increment that property. But for autoincrement - all these values - must be numeric !!!!!
So please or set all HouseId numeric - in all properties, or turn off that option

Publish or not property after add - you may set with help real estate manager setting -
With that yoiu may set for what users groups - property will publish without your check- but for which users -you will check
