Joomla Real Estate

I have purchased RealEstate Manager V3.0 PRO and have the following subjects to be clarified please:

1.- Text Field is not working on Search Engine at home page. Any text you type shows the full list of properties on the database. Even if I search for the House ID (Unique Identifier on my database) the result is the full list of houses.

2.- Once we are in the list of houses we want to activate the search button (filter button) and we got a PHP error. Nothing happens. Browser remains BLANK!!

3.- Is it possible to have a navigation bar or navigation list when listing more than 20 houses per page? How? I have changed your setting on the backend (from 40 to 20 results) and this works but I can not navigate all over the properties. Examples:
Page 1 2 3 ... Last
First Page < << >> > Last

4.- On the backend we can not delete the sales requests from the component. We are getting this message all the time: please select the request you want to delete. (it is already selected by the way!!!)

5.- Is it possible to get an email when we receive a rent /sale request? everything remains on the backend system but no notification is forwarded to my personal email so I need to log every day several times to see if any request has been done. We would appreciate to have an email with a copy of the request on our personal email, I guess every system I have tried / managed has this option.

If you say about search module for real estate manager software ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html
You need go to search module setting - and set search by something like title or description

If for you browser some time set blank, please go to Joomla global setting - and turn on max error report, and again check blank page

In setting - you see email template what you may use, self email text you may change with help Real estate manager language tab
