Please, check that URL
realestatemanager/103/view/50/Promoción/3/sta-maria-de-benquerencia?Itemid=103

Your house can has other url, try create new house with new URL.

How did you try to upload photos on the real estate manager?

Also, please check the size of your photo and check all Joomla settings, which allow upload files.

Please, try to reinstall Quickstart Package, it allows you to install Joomla template with demo data like on demo.
