We have no access on frontend, maybe it problem of our IP address.

I think this happened

I sent U a wrong user name and U tried to login with this user.

Then the server detects too many fail logins. At this point the server consider thats a bad IP.
My server has CPhulk and CSF as firewalls, one of thouse could be blocking your IP in this moment.

I need your IP so I will add it to the white list.
192.169.226.117 is my IP address
Try to use tracert or ping to it and you will see what happens
