im missing important functions,

-no user account for editing his own house
-language files in feature list not included, if yes which file
-feature list only single language
-RealEstateManager Search Pro, not possible to show my choosen features
-RealEstateManager Search Pro, can not choosen, only the standard realestate/search houses (elements/showsearchhouselayout.php)
-important: searching for region or city not possible by dropdown menu in search form. but found it in advanced.php (showsearch03) thats already programmed but not possible to use.

Second, our team has made RealEstateManager easy and with all necessary options for Buy and Rent houses.

If some option for your website is missed, contact us and we will make it for you.

1) In pro users can editing they own houses

2) Feature list doesn't include language files, because you can create any feature in any language.

3) In RealEstateManager Search Pro you can show, that features, which are present in module. Show features from Feature list not possible.

4) Yes, in RealEstateManager Search Pro, YOU can choose only the standard options. It is correct works of module. If you need something else, please contact us.

5) Searching for region or city possible by check box. If you need drop down menu contact us via our contact form.

2) not true - sorry, feature list must be translatet like all other fields. we have englisch german and spanish customer, they dont know what written in wrong language. Feature list is not completed, if u do it like u say it mixed german and english contents and features

eg: vogl-kosmetik-vertrieb.de/de/component/r...-cityvillage?Itemid=

in backend u have - (like u say) than somesthing like this for a pool for all users:
3 features for the same thing.....
german: schwimmbad english pool spanisch piscina.

-- if a customer search for a house with 100 qm/sqr he can only click on a checkbox ??????

4) To solve problem with RealEstateManager : Amenities Manager you need in Amenities Manager create features in that languages that you need - French or German, and then choose them in your house.

Amenities Manager list is completed.

5) Yes, Search only for houses with a pool - not possible, because there is no this option in REM, to include feature in Search NOT PRESENT. It is option will make search

Search All Categories or Single Category.

By default the Search Houses will search through all House categories. Just enter the keywords you want to search for. By using the dropdown box (which will show all house categories you have), you can restrict the search to a single category.

Advanced Search contains such fields:
Category
Check in/ Check out dates
Price
Listing type
Listing status
City
Country
Description


All this default options, all others can be make by us for you as a custom service.
