This error appeared after I installed quickstart your template in my wampserver environment.
I followed the installation of your manual. The only thing I did differently was with respect to the folders Extensions and Documentation file you've downloaded.

The Extensions folder, installed the component
"Com_realestatemanager_free_2016_04_12"

The Documentation folder, put in the folder C: wamp www jpconsultoria templates real_estate_v1, the files that are in the Documentation folder.

Believes that this error is of some component that I have not available in my environment?

Taking advantage, how do I get the template REAL ESTATE FULL?

We have installed that template locally too and we do not have any issues.

We can offer migrate Quickstart on live website (hosting) and then we сan check problem and solve it.

This problem that I said, is happening in the quickstart I have installed on my WAMPServer in localhost. WampServer I use is wampserver2.5-Apache-MySQL-2.4.9-5.6.17-php5.5.12-32b.

I uploaded the quickstart files of Real Estate November template for my hosting. In hosting the site opened without any problem.

This problem may be due to my WAMPServer? is he incompatible with the template files?

Can you tell me what the environment in which you tested the product? As already became clear, work with the WINDOWS environment, installing WampServer.

Before start the installation, be sure, your systems should meet the following requirements.
Server Requirement

MySQL 5.1+
Apache 2.x+

Browser Requirements

Firefox
Safari
Google Chrome
Opera
Internet Explorer 9+

Configuration Options

We recommend to use the following servers in your PC to develop your site.

LAMP (Linux)
WAMP (Windows)
MAMP (Macintosh)
XAMPP (Multi-platform

Try, install on other localhost, maybe it will help.
