Joomla Real Estate

Hello,

First I don't understand how to preview my thread, and can't seem to join a pic...for now I will just write.

I purchased on friday the template Eco House (real estate) and have received the emails, and the connection on Ordasoft is ok.

However, I can't seem to be able to change much on the template, like the bottom banner with the name of Ordasoft, the "contact part" and the "sign up for our newsletter".

Is there something to unlock my template that I am missing here? Should I need to wait for confirmation of money transfered into your bank account? (I checked and so far it has not been done, and my bank is a french one in euro so it might take few days and it is the weekend now...)

I would appreciate help as I am struggling way too much for a start.

Eco House (real estate) has documentation in Package and on website, following it you can customize template.

ordasoft.com/template_documentation/joomla-ecohouse/


1) "sign up for our newsletter". - you can change via template admin area, go to: Module manager -> TPSubscribe (subscribe).

2) contact part - To manage this section you need go to: Joomla Admin Area -> Components -> Forms.

To manage module position for this section you need go to: Module manager -> Contact Us (contacts).

3) Clarify what banner with the name of Ordasoft do you mean?

Can you provide more details and screenshots.
