Joomla Real Estate

The installation of a new bought Real Estate Manager fails (com_realestatemanager_pro_2017_04_10).
When I try to install the component I only get a blank page, with the following messages:
Checking the PHP version...Ok
Checking XSL extension...Ok
Checking PHP-Xml extension...Ok
Checking CURL extension...Ok
Checking GD extension...Ok
Installing database...cheking database
cheking database

install database
Creating table for main_categories... [Ok]
Creating table for houses... [Ok]
Creating table for photos...

After that, the installation stops. When I try to choose the realestate-menu, then I get the following message:
1146 Table 'dbxxx-xxxx.#__rem_const_languages' doesn't exist

In the database the installation only made three tables:
xxx_rem_houses
xxx_rem_main_categories
xxx_rem_photos

What can I do?

My installation:
Joomla 3.7.0
PHP 5.6.30
MySQLi 5.6.34
