I woud like to create new Featured Module and to call it LAST MINUTE.

This module should contain all houses which Special prices is less than main price (_REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_PRICE).

Houses should be sorted by last updated Special price. Also, guests should see period of special price and houses should have LAST MINUTE marker (this is optional).

Is this possible?

Ok, this is not answer I was hoping to get.

Let me make a little simpler.

In Feature module there are following Show Property By optios:

Last added
Featured
Top
Random

Is there some why I can create another Show Property By Item and to show properties with updated price on less money?

as i understand you need see all last price update, also may be you will need have price history.

So you will need create additional table for price with fields

Id - unique Id
house_id - foreign key to table houses , reference to house
price
date

Next you will need create special layout for show " LAST MINUTE"

Next all forms with add/edit/show/search houses - you need change to connect to this new Price table
