On realstate settings I have photo directory but it is not enabled. How I can change that directory? I want to setup a directory on subdirectory from joomla/images like /images/realstate

You can't change this because of we have very much errors from users when they do this.

so we set this parameter as "Read only"

Maybe you can help us. We are an university and we have Joomla multisites (1 psychal website) and many virtual websites. So we need change that path so each virtual website has its own directory for realstate. how we could do that?

You may change this variable directly in file
{your site}/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.class.conf.php

But I can't forecast how this will work.

True say: I not know how you built this, but you need configure path to
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/photos/ exactly as you configured "joomla/images"
