Greetings,

we plan to order The Pro version but we need to know if a essencial feature exist:
we need to list the Rentals by features too, so people can choose just rentals that have a special feature like swimmingpool.
This should be accessible by a one click on the main page "swimingpool rentals" so they get right to the list of fitting estates.
Would this be possible in the Pro version?

I am sorry, I not understand what you mean "swimingpool rentals" is it of part of house or not ?

In real estate manager you may move to rent only "properties".

Yes you may rename all fields and rent "swimingpool" or some other. But you will need do a lot work for fields rename.

Bettet if you will use CCK - there you may move to rent(to booking) anything

Ok so lets say the propertys we have have different features assigned like:
Swimmingpool,Garage, bathrooms, Free Wifi .. and so on.

now we want to show the clients just the propertys that have the Feature "Swimmingpool" or Just the propertys that have a Garage without them using the Search form first.
Is that possible ?

For now you can't add to search "Featured fields"

Now in search you may add only "main fields"
so if you have important field
Swimmingpool

but for you no need field "Property type"

You with help "Language manager" may rename field "Property type" to "Swimmingpool "

Also WE HAVE extra fields:
(Components > Real Estate Manager > Settings - Category Page Settings)

Put Yes for any Custom Text Fields or Custom Dropdown Field.

Rename your field you can with help Real Estate Manager :: Language Manager,
put any name of custom field in Value constant choose Language and rename as you need
