We have our web www.jotamar.com based on "com_realestatemanager_3.0_pro_2014_04_20" (Attach image of the archives).


We have purchased the updated pack.com_realestatemanager_pro_2018_09_01


The problem is that we don't know how to update the components. The folders do not match the previous ones.


Do you have any manuals? Can you give us the guidelines?

For update

You must have version of component not lower 3.5 to make update.
If you have version less 3.5, update for you need do manual, and we will ask additional money, but please first test self on test site.

Before making any upgrades, make backup yours site( files and DataBase). With that you will not lost something important
Please do full XML export.
At first please check upgrade/update process at the test website!

If you have custom changes of component or site, you can lose your changes.

Please, in that case do not make update.

On image You show modules and component. Please update them with help Joomla manager(without remove old)
