After installation Real Estate Manager Basic 1.0:
1.) the test property details open in a NEW window
(instead in the same frame)
2.) the buying request / renting request is out of order
3.) the map is missing

Using your Demo the details are in the same frame, the requests are working and the map too.
How can I solve the 3 problem?

For resolve first error you need use path from
joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker...racker_item_id=16597

Thanks for the info.
The info couldn´t fixed the general problems 1.) - 3.)
After using Dexter´s plan:
As an editor the property details are opening in the same frame.
But for all (not registered user) it´s the same problem
1.) - 3.)
The goal is that all visitors can use and view the property details.
How can I solve the problems 1.) - 3.) ????????????????????

Created patch, 16597.patch. Here is the test plan:
1. In Global Configuration->System->Media Settings, set Minimum User
Level for Media Manager to Editor.
2. Create a new user in Author group and log in as this user.
3. Select Submit an Article link. You will see the error message reported
above.
4. Apply the patch. Now it should work. Note that you will not see the Image
button when editing, since this user does not have permissions for Media
Manager.
5. With patch applied, create a user in Editor group, login as editor, and
submit an article. Now you should see the Image button and should be able to
submit images.

I don't propose for you read full topic. You only must was use path 16597-2.patch from my link. That bug in Joomla1.5.11
Joomla team - resolve it, so please use that patch.
From your site all look like you do - nothing.
Sorry but I can't learn every - how use patch. please read Google.
You can buy Pro version and I self, free, install it to yours site
