As me seem you will need update component and modules. We may give to you 50% discount for buy ReaL estate Package.
But I afraid template which you use - is not Classic
So after update you may lost some styles
If you have customization changes - you can't do update.

If all in current version for you good.
And you no need Update, Please write to Our Contact form and we for some small price, manual fix all errors which appear in our component and modules

Dear Andrew,

I have already ordered the Module Real Estate Manager Search Pro and waiting for the payment email.
So that will solve my issue I think. But if not I will contact you to see if we can solve this the other way.
