Is there a search module available that c/would look like the one in the image I uploaded that could be used in a masthead/featured position on a web page?

Please check this is example advance search module for Real estate manager

There, with help settings, you may hide any fields, so as result you may receive view some like you show.
BUT
- search "For sale" or "for rent" - we show in one drop down list,
- and for run search - we have special button "Search"
so for receive view exactly like yours - need change layout, If you know HTML/CSS - you may do this self or order from us.
