I asked: can you install free version or not ?

Pro version has more file size and ask more additional PHP extensions. Because that when you install Pro Version - you may see some errors.

Also we special created Free version - where from you may and must check ours component before buy!

We haven't refund policy. Ours component Real Estate manager Open source - so me can't stop yours license

Please give more details wiuth yours errors and we will help fix it

I already installed the free version but I can not install 404, houses, language and xmap, on their website they do not suggest that you install the free version first and then buy the pro, conjuring trick, if there is no refund, pity, not I am happy with the software.

If you installed free version, that mean for you site at main all good.
Need only check why you can't do other.

Can you give details error description ? How we can reproduce that ?
Can you give admin and FTP access to yours site, with that we will can check where error.
