I just installed everithing and configured it, it looks awesome

Just a few questions..

1. Why cant I upload more than 11 pictures?

2. If I post a House in 3 languages do I need to upload all the images 3 times?

3. I attached a image. I installed several languages and everithing works great but the categories arent translated in the search box.
If i select english it should say "sale" in spanish "a la venta" and in german " zu verkaufen" but it says in all languages "sale"

4. Is it posible to put 3 feautured modules in the home? "For sale", "To lease", "Vacational rentals"

In our Real estate component Joomla you may configure all what you asked.

1. Why cant I upload more than 11 pictures?
Please check settings for add houses in Real Estate Manager
RealEstateManager : Settings->Administrator Settings
- Groups Options

2. If I post a House in 3 languages do I need to upload all the images 3 times?
Yes, or you need use button "Clone house" in "House manger" tab

categories arent translated in the search box.
Category - you, exactly as House, need create at self language - and when you add new house - you need select correct category.

4. Is it posible to put 3 feautured modules in the home? "For sale", "To lease", "Vacational rentals"
You may put so many modules - as you wish. Please press button "New" in "joomla module manager" and add your module from list.
In "Real estate featured module" you may show as some exactly houses and houses from some exactly category.
