I cannot either register the information of my salesmen (sales manager or brockers)

For remove or replace default image in search in real estate manager - you need replace image
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/images/rem_logo.png

I am sorry I not understand what you mean.

In Real Estate manager - only in Pro version users can add new properties to site. And users can add that - only if admin approved that from Real estate manager setting. Please check setting for add house button.

Also in real estate manager admin can give possibility add new house (property) - only to some alone user group.

We have joomla component what permit divide user between user group Simply membership - please check it:
