Please check: in OrdaSoft property management listing software, By default we try show all fields so compact and excellent as possible.
but if we think - this will look bad, we change layout.
You may configure this in Module or in component settings(depend which layout you use)

On you example exists "Price field" - we only this field show at 2 rows..

So when you need something change - you change settings, If you need more specific changes - you go to layouts:

the component properties search layouts
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/views/show_search_house/tmpl/

the module properties search layout
{your site}/modules/mod_realestatemanagersearch/tmpl/
