Error when clicking on adding new property

I have instaled joomla 4.0.3 on localhost on xampp server and latest RealEstateManager free version, but when I trie to add new house I get error page with following:
0 count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given
Also when I click on setting I get following error:
0 Undefined constant "_REALESTATE_MANAGER_ADMIN_CONFIG_SHOW_SEARCH_TT_BODY"
Can anyone help me with this

Do you use our last free vesion of property software for website ?
We can't reproduce this error, for us all work good.

May be you have some incorrect xampp or Database configure settings. Please move your site online, so we will can check where error

Thanks for the answer, I have tried online with Joomla free server (since I don't have an online site yet) and it works without error, so it must be xampp local server, however, I have another question is there a way to hide the property address so that is it visible only to Agent? Also is there an option that the property ID is allocated automatically?

Hi,
In pro version of real estate website software, you may set settings for property ID is allocated automatically.
also in Pro version, You may select to which users groups show "contact field"
Sorry, we show address to everybody, If this important for you, you may order this as customization service
