I want to change types and states of the properties, in the prices section there are two dropdowns, I can't find where to change or eliminate the one that doesn't interest me, could someone guide me. Thank you

You may Rename any field with help Real Estate Manager :: Language Manager,
put any name of custom field in Value constant choose Language and rename as you need

For creating new fields RealEstateManager has Extra Fields manager
(Components > RealEstateManager > Setting page - Category Page Settings )

Put Yes for any Custom Text Fields or Custom Dropdown Field.


Go to RealEstateManager :: Language Manager,
put active in Value constant choose Language and add that you need.

Please check:
_REALESTATE_MANAGER_OPTION_LISTING_STATUS constant
and
_REALESTATE_MANAGER_OPTION_PROPERTY_TYPE
