Hello,

i want to change a setting (auto increment for houseid) so that i cant use my own house-id´s.
I get this reply in a white page:

Warning: fopen(./components/com_realestatemanager/admin.realestatemanager.class.conf.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/htdocs/xxxx/xxxxxx/administrator/com...ger.class.others.php on line 212
Cannot create configuration file.

I´ve tried it with other Settings but always the same result.
I´ve tried to change the permission of the files named above, but this didn´t help.
Whats wrong with the system???

It was the same with the photo-folder for the house-pictures (it didn´t save but i got no system-message). In this case i changed the folder permissions of "photo" to write and then it was working. But unfortunately it didnt work with the admin-settings.

I am looking forward for a quick solution so i can finally start my project.

Hello,

some problems or with file permissions or with folder permissions.

That ordinary happened when some body manual edit some file/folder permission.

Please with help cpanel check folder permission.
Please show that error to yours host provider.
