White screen in /components/realestatemanager

Hello!
I got a strange problem from one day to other when i enter:
www.mysite.com/index.php/component/realestatemanager/ from the admin panel of joomla it goes to a white screeen, and even if i enter into any estate from the site it creates a white screen!
what is that problem...? it always has worked correctly!
the site is www.inmoloalestate.com
please can you help me? i dont find the reason.

Hello,
Dear user can please write what was changed/updated/customized in Real Estate or in template
What was done before it happened, please provide as much details as you can.

I really don't know, it was working well this days, and sudently one day I began to get this white screen each time i enter to HOUSE via the admin panel or visiting the website...we dont have changed nothing 
I cant fix it because this white screen, please i really need some help here.

Hello,
Please try go to joomla global setting and set "max error report", after that again check white page.
Also please check White error page source code - may be there are you will see error
After fix - please return error report - to before state

When I set report error to max i get a white screen.
When I do ANY change on the config. i get a white screen.
When i get into RealEstateManager i get a white screen.
When i check this white screens for code, there is NO CODE.
...any idea..?

When I set report error to max i get a white screen.
When I do ANY change on the config. i get a white screen.
If you mean Joomla setting.
All look like some bad in self with Joomla site, please remember what you changed last in Joomla before take these errors ?
Do you changed files/folders permissions ?
Do you install some new plugins or modules ?
Have you access to httpd errors log ? Can you check it ?
Look like some thing bad with file permissions or some system plugin
