Joomla Real Estate

Template "October 2012 Luxury Apartments" installs with out errors, but it does not show up in the template manager.
Is there another manager I have to install in Joomla before I can use this template?
I tried to install this template on Joomla 2.5.6, 2.5.7, and 2.5.9.

Dear user I just tested, it's working well.

Ok! in downloaded file you will find folder with name "Template_OrdaSoft_Template_Real_Estate_Luxury_Apartments" (check attachment image)

get zip file "ordasoft_real_estate_template_luxury_apartments.zip" from this folder and install it via Joomla admin area

I tried to install it and it gives me server error. I have uploaded the zip files and extracted. What else do i need to do?

I figured it out. The permission from your zip for folders are 775 and files are set at 666. I have to manually change the folders to 755 and files to 644 in order to get the installation going.

Please fix this permission problem like the other people are experiencing so other will not have any problem installing it.

i have no problem installing the regular joomla the same way, but had problems with the Quick Start.

After changing the permission, the template is installed with the sample data.

Thank you for your suggestion,but we have no ideas where in Windows we can to change the folders and files rights.

Before we upload files for selling, we upload Quickstart packages (templates demo) to our hosting via Cpanel. And we had no problems like these

I think everyone that is having the same problem are running on Linux system. If you want to recreate this installation problem, try building a Linux web server and try your instantiation there.
