Joomla Translate component support

I don't see a price for the commercial version.
Please check: Joomla Translator price


In the pro version when you state that translations are saved to cache or to a database what does that mean.
OrdaSoft Joomla Translator have 2 levels of cache:
- we save to cache Translated pages (you may select save this to Database or to File this very useful for share hostings)
- we save to cache translated phraces - this we save only to Database

Are the translations saved as a joomla article or in a form that can be accumulated over time with out re-translating?

Not understand what you asked
in Pro Commerce version of SefTranslate exist mode "Instance translate" and "Redirect translate"
In "instance translate" we work exactly as in free version, You only have more settings how module will look

In "Redirect translate" we use Google or Bing Translate API(this api ask additional money), But all what you translated 1 time, we move to cache - so you no need pay 2 time for translate 1 article.
And In Commerce version - you may correct(change) any thing what we move to cache
you may change
- translation of URLs
- translation of your site page, we translate not articles we translate whole page
- translation of phrases (any page consist of many phrases)
